Last Minute Christmas Gift Ideas

I'll be completely honest with you.
I am truly rubbish at christmas shopping, i'm not one of those people who buy all of their gifts in October or buy gifts for next year in the January Sales (how i envy you organized folk.) I'm more often than not buying gifts the day before Christmas in a frantic rush. So i thought i'd share with you a little guide to Last Minute Christmas Shopping, for those last little bits and pieces you might need to pick up. All of the following items are available at Boots and i'm pretty sure a lot of the stuff is 3 for 2 at the moment!

No7 Brush CollectionThese brushes are gorgeous and would make the perfect gift for any girl of any age, if you're new to makeup i'd actually recommend buying these for yourself (and using the lip brush as another eye brush). I think that they're really good value at £15.

£12

No7 Gift Bag for Men
A nice collection of pampery sort things for the lads, every man likes to use lotions and potions to make them feel better. Even if they don't like to admit it! It also comes with some.. err... interesting looking cufflinks.

I'd recommend buying this for younger girls who are just getting into makeup, unless you want your nan looking like a disco ball.
£18

I'm giving this to my 8 year old cousin for christmas, just so she can be all sparkly when she dresses up :)
£8

1, 2, 3, 4

You literally cannot go wrong with Soap and Glory - everyone loves it! From you're little cousin to that Great Aunt who always compliments on your growing ability, there's something from Soap and Glory that will suit everyone.
(sorry for the bad picture quality)

Shopping in Perth

'ello treacles,
I went to Perth over the weekend and my lovely mum and step dad gave me some money to spend for my early Christmas present (only four days away, i'm so excited!)

I picked up some lovely bits and bobs and thought i'd share them all with you :)
This bikini is so adorable and i desperately needed a new one, the colour is perfect and the ruffles are just so sweet!
I decided on buying these little clean-cut shorts as i thought i'd better give my Abercrombie and Fitch ones a rest, i literally wear them everywhere. Everyday.
This top is beautiful! The lace is just so purdy, and when i first laid eyes on it it was like love at first sight.

I'm back with a little more inspiration now and i'll hopefully be posting a lot more. Be expecting that shortbread recipe you all asked for tomorrow as i'm making a fresh batch later on today. Yummmyyyyyy!

I'm off for a swim at the beach now, although i do sort of wish i was in the UK throwing snowballs at people and making igloos.

turn my swag on

bonjourrrr

here's a few photos from the past week.
{this particular photo was taken about a month ago, hence the lack of tanness!}

1. Today i straightened my hair for the first time in absolute yonks, and was so shocked at how it's long it is now, i haven't been noticing it as i've been wearing my hair curly! I'm wearing MAC Snob just for reference.

2. How i've recently been wearing my hair, all curly :)

3. I've gotten really into baking these past few days, the shortbread biscuits were amazing - they tasted so good, and i was shocked at how easy they were to make! If you'd like me to post the recipe in time for Christmas then just hollaaa!

4. My mum bought this Hello Kitty advent calender the other day for me, it's so cauutteee and the chocolates are really yummy :) Can't get into the Christmas Spirit without an advent calendar!

5. My beautiful laptop Gerald (yes, i named it... i mean him)

6. I've been watching Gossip Girl series 1-3 in chronological order, love that show - quite possibly my favoritist in dah ooniverse.

7&8. camping at the beach with with my little cousins, the sunset was absolutely beautiful.
