gotta have it

Firstly, i sincerely apologize for not posting frequently on here - i've got a few posts lined up which means at least one a week for quite a while. You lucky things :)

About a month ago, i took one of my two trips back to England a year. I spent one week in England and the other week in Menorca with my dad and step-mum, and on the way back to Australia I stopped at Hong Kong for 8 hours! I had the most amazing time and thought i'd share some of the photographs i took.

Menorca was the most beautiful place, there were gorgeous bright flowers everywhere, it was incredibly hot and the sea was warm and calm. There were cute little market stalls and boutique shops all over the place selling leather bracelets and handmade trinkets. I had the most hilarious time, it was amazing :)

I returned to England for a few more days to spend more time with family (and to do some shopping haha) and then I hopped on another plane back to Australia, stopping at Hong Kong on the way back. I had an 8 hour stop over and my mum and step-dad stayed there for a extra week - meaning i had to fly from Hong Kong to Australia on my own. I sat next to a fat chinese man who stole my pillow and insisted on talking to me. In chinese. He was nice enough though and was very intrigued by my rubix cube solving skills.

I arrived just in time to go to the amazing night markets, where you can find every fake designer product you can imagine - i was in heaven! You have to haggle with them when you go up to the stalls, i actually loved it, i got almost everything for a third of the price they asked - just call me a master ;)

I bought a fake Mulberry Alexa (which is practically identical) for about £15, a fake little Anna Sui bag with a detatchable chain for about £8, a fake Cath Kidston phone case for £4, a little fake Links of London bracelet (unsure of the price) aaand a pretty turquoise ring for £5. Some pretty good bargains there i thought!
